Mt. San Antonio College is inviting Consultants to submit a Proposal for Professional Consultant Services to provide various services on an “as needed” basis estimated for the period July 2025 through July 2026. Once an agreement is executed, the College may extend the on-call services for up to four additional one-year contract time extensions. On-Call Consultant Services are normally for services of less than $220,000 per project. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via OpenGov. This Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) describes the scope of services, evaluation process, and minimum information that must be included in the qualification package. This RFQUAL will request each Consultant to concisely state its qualifications for participating in a constructive and effective partnership.
