RFQ 2027-003, CMAR - Architectural and Engineering Services for Design and Construction Administration, Union County Historic Post Office/West Franklin Street Renovations

CMAR - Union County is soliciting SOQs from well-qualified Architectural or Engineering (A/E) firms interested in providing design and construction administration services for the Union County Historic Post Office & West Franklin Street Renovations. The Architectural and Engineering Design firm will be required to provide professional services in conjunction with the services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). This is a Request for Qualification (RFQ). Responding firms are not required to submit price information nor work product with submittal packages. Compliance with NC G.S. 143-64.31 is required.
