The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (County) seeks proposals from interested qualified Construction Management at Risk Firms for the construction and delivery of a new Juvenile Justice Center. This new JJC will replace an existing Juvenile Court located at 11 Judicial Ln # 100, Brunswick, GA 31520. This project is to be completed under the auspices and approval of the Glynn County Board of Commissioners. Initial estimations include total square footage of 16,000 square feet and will include two juvenile court rooms, office space for judicial staff, security and holding areas. The total construction budget proposed by the Glynn County Board of Commissioners is $10,300,000. The specific services requested are outlined in detail in the scope of services within this request for proposal.
