This is a Notice Only - for Industry Day Event for Ground Transportation Concessions Overview The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (“Aviation Authority”) is excited to extend an invitation to our Industry Day event for the upcoming solicitation of the Ground Transportation Concession at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). We are holding a virtual Industry Day at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, for information and planning purposes only. This does not constitute a Request for Proposal. In addition, one-on-one meetings with the Aviation Authority may be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2024. An Industry Day event focusing on the Ground Transportation Concession. Explore the Possibilities: During this event, the Aviation Authority will solicit feedback from industry experts specializing in Ground Transportation, potential concessionaires, and key stakeholders for the upcoming proposal to operate the Ground Transportation Concession at MCO. The successful proposer will be granted the nonexclusive right and obligation to provide demand and pre-arranged ground transportation services to specified service areas by limousines, sedans, vans, and buses to passengers arriving at the Airport. We will discuss the details of the upcoming solicitation process, share insights on the airport's Ground Transportation needs, and address any questions or concerns you may have, to include, the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Aviation Authority's objectives.
