(1) Vendor needs to provide maintenance of lottery security systems include replacement of end–of–life access control equipment; preventive maintenance and repair of access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems; and 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, support, recording, retention, storage, and management of the Lottery's video surveillance environment, including cameras and associated video management technologies to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Alarm SystemThe current system provides silent alerts and automatic notification of unauthorized access into doors, buildings, and facilities.(2) Contact term will be for two years.
