The City of Pittsburgh, on behalf of the Equipment Leasing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh ( the "ELA"), invites you to submit a proposal to serve as ELA Solicitor. The ELA is charged with purchasing and ownership of the City of Pittsburgh's fleet, including but not limited to vehicles, trailers, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, boats, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The ELA Solicitor provides legal advice and services to the ELA Board and City staff that oversee the daily tasks of the ELA.
