Sodium Hypochlorite Solution - Small Deliveries (Rebid)

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term contract for the provision of sodium hypochlorite solution in small quantities to the City's Waterworks Department, on an 'as needed' basis, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
