(1) Vendor needs to provide maintenance and construction contracted services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Texarkana, TX. – The jobs could range from as simple as installing a new plug, replacing a compressor capacitor, cleaning out a drain line to as complicated as remodeling an entire campus or a particular part of a new construction project. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
