Kulshan Trail Lighting - Phase 3

The Kulshan Trail is a shared-use, east-west trail extending from 4 th Street to Waugh Road in Mount Vernon, Washington. This Kulshan Trail Lighting – 3 project will improve the trail segment extending from the intersection with North Laventure Road east to the intersection with North 30 th Street. The proposed improvements will include pedestrian-style lighting, underground power, and security camera amenities along a segment of this trail. The work advertised by this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and to be performed by the selected consultant consists of preparing preliminary civil engineering designs, plans and specifications, permitting documentation and applications, right-of-way/real estate services, and construction management and inspection services documentation. This project is partially funded with a federal transportation grant. All work shall be performed in compliance with the Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) Manual published by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
