(1) Vendor needs to provide asbestos abatement services to the government authority located in Bergen, NJ.• The unit rate for removal of flooring over vinyl asbestos floor tile shall only be used in instances wherethe flooring to be removed and associated adhesive is negative for asbestos• Removal processes shallnot cause excessive damage to vinyl asbestos floor tile substrate.• The unit rate for the removal of suspended acoustical ceiling tile shall only be used when the subjectmaterial has been confirmed non–asbestos containing material.• The unit rate for selective wall demolition shall be used when it is necessary to remove non–asbestoscontaining material in order to access concealed asbestos containing material (IE: thermal systeminsulation in wall cavities).• Disposal costs must include all packaging, transportation, manifesting, and disposal fees(2) The contract period will be for two years.
