WCDA-SB751 Solution Implementation - Evidence Management

We are looking for a solution that provides the following key capabilities as well as meets the “Pass/Fail” and “Required” items in the Functional Requirements document (Attachment D): Must have portal for law enforcement agencies that allows upload of documents to specific cases in response to request Must have portal for WCDA to access, redact, or mark as excluded content uploaded by law enforcement agencies Must have the ability to share digital evidence with defense attorneys released to them with ability to download and set a duration on the download link Must have chain of custody and the ability to run reports on shared links and link clicks Must have seamless interface to PBK Case Management System The new solution must be compliant with Oregon SB751 (Reference Attachment) The new solution must allow inclusion of all types of files within a case The new solution must have unlimited storage option
