(1) Vendor needs to provide yellow ribbon event service.– During the Yellow Ribbon events, agency required a safe, family–friendly hotel venue to provide conference, operations/storage, childcare, community partner, registration area, and lodging and meals.– All rooms/conference areas shall have complimentary Wi–Fi. – Conference rooms shall have audio–visual (A/V) equipment.– The venue must provide lodging for out–of–town service members, families, and staff as specified.– Venue must be within 1 mile walking distance to restaurants and/or cafes.(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business.
