SCOPE OF WORK: (Phase 1) Site Development: (See plans from Agnoli Barber and Brundage dated 4/21/21). Storage Building Construction: (See plans from MHK architecture and planning dated 03/08/2021). Landscape and Irrigation: (See Landscape and Irrigation plans from Agnoli Barber and Brundage dated October 2019). All work to be completed within 120 days from NTP. SCOPE OF WORK: (Phase 2) Work to begin upon completion of phase 1. Removal of existing building and surrounding concrete. Water service to be capped and relocated into a ground box with spigot. Grade area as needed and install St. Augustine (Floratam) sod. Rework/adjust existing irrigation for proper coverage of new sod.
