ITB# 202536 Purchase of Submersible Pumps and Control Panel to Upgrade Pump Station #22 - RE-BID

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, to obtain a qualified vendor to purchase, furnish and deliver three (3) submersible pumps, motors accessories and associated services and one (1) control panel, accessories and associated services. The scope of work includes all necessary services where the selected vendor will include shop drawing preparation, fabrication, equipment delivery to upgrade Pump Station #22 located at 801 E. Mowry Drive. This project is federally funded through U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including, but not limited to, 2 CFR Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 75, 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509, 570.609. The Contractor shall comply with all federal requirements pursuant to Agreement No, B-24-CP-FL-0624 between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of Homestead.
