Project Description: Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a consultant team to provide stormwater management engineering services to: Prepare and execute a field site drainage facility conditions assessment and engineering study, including culvert integrity CCTV inspection and study; Evaluate fish passability of culverts in "Fish Type" streams using criteria published by the WA State Department of Fish and Wildlife; Prepare and recommend a schema for prioritizing a strategic rehabilitation program (asset replacement and major maintenance) for ensuring the continued most efficient operation of these facilities to protect SPU property and occupying water transmission pipeline infrastructure; Provide a prioritized catalog of recommended actions for major maintenance and CIP actions to strategically rehabilitate the right-of-way (ROW) drainage system assets.
