Description
The Washington Park Utility Improvements projects consists of water, sewer, and drainage system improvements. It is the intent of the City to award a construction contract to construct a complete and working installation under this contract and any items of labor, materials or equipment, which may reasonably be assumed as necessary to accomplish this end, should be supplied whether or not specifically shown on the plans or described herein. Maintenance of the existing utility systems is mandated throughout the construction period.
