DOWNTOWN LONG VIEW STREETSCAPE AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The Town of Long View, North Carolina, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the Downtown Long View Streetscape and Pedestrian Improvements Project. The Town recently designated the 1st Avenue SW corridor from 22nd Street SW to 27th Street SW as the official Downtown District and seeks to implement infrastructure improvements that enhance pedestrian safety, accessibility, economic development, downtown identity, and community connectivity. The selected firm will assist the Town in advancing conceptual streetscape recommendations into final engineering design and construction-ready documents while supporting future grant funding opportunities.
