Vendor needs to provide section 105 lease development professional services to the government authority located in Traverse, MI.• The contractor will lead the development, optimization, and submission of annual 105(l) lease proposals for all programs identified as eligible, correctly routing each proposal to the appropriate federal agency (BIA or IHS) based on the programs the facility supports.• Beyond document preparation, the contractor will advise Tribal leadership on strategies to optimize recurring lease revenue.• The contractor is expected to use secure systems to streamline submissions, track progress, and protect sensitive data.
