(1) Vendor needs to provide property lease and development service to the government authority located in Thermopolis, WY. – Provide property to increase economic development. the county may be willing to enter into a public–private partnership, if funding is available.– Ideal improvements include, hotel, recreational facilities, and multi–use developments that are complementary to the property and community.– Consideration, and the property may be kept as one lot or split into multiple units.– Each respondent shall describe the economic development benefit.(2) Pre–bid non–mandatory site visit will be held on July 14, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
