Description
The City of Pasadena's Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking bids from qualified firms for preventative maintenance service, repairs, emergency service and on-call services for elevators at City facilities. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, labor, labor supervision, tools, equipment and lubricants necessary to provide full-preventative maintenance, adjustment, replacement and repair service for the complete vertical transportation elevator systems of 25 elevators & 5 disabled access lifts.
