(1) Vendor needs to provide HIPAA validation software. – Provide validation tool needs to be integrated into existing workflows where compliant files can proceed while noncompliant files are rerouted to an error queue along with an error report.– Software must update standards and code sets frequently and quickly when new standards and codes are released.– Ongoing software support must be available for any issues that are encountered.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
