RFP 2025005 - Virtual Therapy for ELL Students

The purpose is to provide mental health counseling to students in the WINGS program. In order to increase equitable access to mental health services, we will contract with a tele-health (virtual therapy) company. This will prevent students from being put on waiting lists by our local agencies and will ensure that they can receive counseling from licensed therapists that speak their home language. Licensed therapists will need to speak Spanish and Haitian Creole at a professionally fluent level. While in the WINGS program, students will receive group counseling. Upon graduation from the program and starting classes at their home school they will continue with individual therapy if determined this is needed by the school, on-line therapist, and parent.
