(1) Vendor needs to provide event rentals service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. • Provide professional short–term event rental services to the university on an as needed basis to support the university’s event schedule at various locations.• Tent lighting elements.• Fencing.• Rope and stanchions.• Artificial turf and carpet.• Fire extinguishers and other safety equipment.• Compliance with all fire and safety requirements.• Fans and heaters.• Portable AC.• Tents shall be clean, bright, and in excellent condition.• Water barrels and weighted anchors, adequate to tent size, must be used to secure tents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
