(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities, real estate and capital project support services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Develop conceptual implementation strategies, including procurement and project delivery recommendations, to support execution of approved initiatives.– Provide consulting support to assist with implementation planning, procurement strategy, and transition from benchmarking to project execution.– Support oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.– Maintain project controls, governance structures, and decision logs.– Assist with stakeholder engagement and executive communications.– Develop project execution plans, charters, and business case support materials.– Coordinate design‑related activities, including test–fits, drawing reviews, and design validation.– Perform constructability reviews and design evaluations.– Develop move management plans, inventory assessments, and transition sequencing.– Prepare employee communication and occupancy transition plans.– Develop orientation and training materials for new facilities and workplace transitions.– Logistics modeling and phasing analysis.– Support continuous‑improvement and process‑optimization initiatives.– Perform current state assessments and identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement based on benchmark findings.– Facilitate leadership workshops and presentations to review assessment results, alternatives, and recommended strategies.– Develop strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, functionality, safety, customer service, and long–term asset performance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 31, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
