Microsoft SharePoint Online Configuration and Implementation Services

The Information Technology (IT) Department of the City of Santa Cruz is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the implementation of a new SharePoint Online (SPO) environment and migration of network file drives and existing project team sites to that environment. The objective is to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of SharePoint Online, enabling seamless information management and collaboration within the organization. Proposals shall contain evidence of the consultant’s experience and abilities in the specified area and directly related to the proposed work. Vendor will also include a governance plan specific to the City’s architecture so that the IT Department can effectively and efficiently administer SPO environment.
