(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous materials consultant services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.  – Provide site surveys baseline survey, project design survey, and pre–construction survey) for lead–based paint in accordance with e2356–14 and other applicable regulations. – Provide bid documents for lead–based paint abatement work. – Perform air clearance testing and other related services as may be necessary to complete abatement projects, including filing of all federal and state required correspondence and forms. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
