This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for the market research information and planning purposes only, and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Enabling Capabilities` (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), or the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA).This is a requirement to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will allow the Center for Enabling Capabilities` (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) to procure the proprietary consumables required for the Government–owned Growth Direct System currently used by the PBF.See attached request for information with minimal essential characteristics.
