(1) Vendor needs to provide grounds maintenance services to the government authority located in Sumter, SC. – Provide grounds–keeping services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and services necessary to ensure grounds maintenance that promotes the growth of healthy grass and shrubs and presents a clean, neat and professional appearance at agency facilities.• Maintenance services:– Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, shrubbery care.– Servicing pine straw.– Exterior pest control.– Weed control.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
