– Vendor needs to provide data–driven guidance developing service to the government authority located in Nevada. – Provide developing data–driven guidance for electric micromobility safety, operations, and infrastructure.– Develop practical, evidence–based guidance to evaluate micromobility behavior, safety, operations, and infrastructure interaction across key roadway and land use contexts.– Clear framework for understanding micromobility operating patterns, identifying conditions linked to higher conflict or risk, and supporting context sensitive planning, design, operations, and policy decisions.– Document how micromobility users interact with roadways, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, crossings, sidewalks, and curbside environments in representative settings.– Identify behavioral, operational, and contextual factors associated with higher interaction frequency, conflict potential, or safety risk, including speed, facility choice, land use, and roadway characteristics.– Assess how micromobility users interact with pedestrians, vehicles, bicyclists, transit activity, and other micromobility users in downtown, commercial, and mixed–use areas.– Develop a consistent data collection and evaluation framework, including recommended performance measures and surrogate safety indicators, and partner agencies.– Produce practical guidance and decision support tools to inform planning, design, operations, policy, and future implementation efforts related to micromobility.
