ITQ# 161026 Automatic Passenger Counters for City Trolleys

The City of Homestead Public Works & Engineering Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to install automatic passenger counters in the City's trolleys in order to improve reporting on passenger frequency and trolley stops efficiency. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable), supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) There are currently 6 trolleys that would need installation and setup. The equipment would need to be able to provide data such as average passenger counts and hourly passenger counts, per stop and/or per route. Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City's schedule.
