Trail Maintenance and Repairs

Lancaster County is seeking qualified firms to provide erosion control and trail improvement services. The selected firm(s) will be placed on a qualified vendor list and may be engaged on an as-needed basis to perform specific task related to trail stabilization, drainage improvements, and natural surface trail construction. Initial tasks may include: Repairing erosion issues at two identified locations along Bailes Ridge Trail Enhancing rap and drainage infrastructure to improve runoff control Regrading trail surfaces and stabilizing culvert areas Clearing and construction of a new 5-foot-wide natural surface trail connecting to adjacent residential property. Future projects may vary in scope and location but will remain within the general category of trail and erosion related work. All work will be issued under a Purchase Order under an on-call contract. Project shall be completed by March 4, 2025
