(1) Vendor needs to provide firearm competition event services.– Organize and manage a firearm competition event, including site acquisition, event administration, setup, and teardown.– Maintain affiliations with recognized organizations to host officially sanctioned matches.– Secure joint–use, lease, or partnership agreements with landowners, county or municipal facilities, or existing ranges if not owning the range outright.– Provide adequate and sufficient insurance (general liability plus specialized range or firearms coverage).– Documented safety standard operating procedures and certified range safety officers and applicable licenses or training.
