GIS-1967 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Geographic Information System Technical Service Support Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system technical service support service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – The contractor shall provide GIS experienced personnel to operate and maintain (system administration) the GIS data, server environment, and support Reclamation programs, activities, and projects with digital and paper deliverables (maps, tables, geospatial data analyses, narrative reports, PowerPoint slides, GIS and web services applications)– Performs systems analysis, concept and design, and program development, implementation, and documentation in the data processing specialty area of GIS.– Performs mapping and graphics and tabular data. Assists in database design, automation and processing macros related analytical procedures.– Software and Application Development: Design and development of geospatial software and applications, including GIS software products, applications for processing, analysis, or adding value to remotely sensed data, and applications to automate routine tasks and to customize end–user interfaces.– Analysis and Modeling: Application of analytical functions (exploratory analyses as well as model–driven analyses) of geospatial software tools.– End–user Support: Provide a Reclamation Help Desk and ESRI enterprise technical support/service.– Systems Management (Firm Fixed Price): Includes but not limited to management of the Department of Interior (DOI) cloud server system, systems configurations for GIS and database technology, and management of ArcGIS servers which are to include the web servers.– The Contractor shall ensure proper operation of government provided GIS related supplies and equipment (GIS systems, equipment and software) and ongoing management of Geospatial Cloud services, systems/network administration, and load balancing.– The Contractor shall provide GIS application development, studies, modeling, map work, proximity analysis, web services including ArcGIS online for the Region and at times Reclamation programs at the Enterprise level (Reclamation–wide).– The Contractor shall perform maintenance on the GIS systems and shall collaborate, coordinate with Reclamation IT staff in routine maintenance and/or replacement of servers, system configuration, backups, security, web services, geospatial database maintenance, ArcGIS online, printer/plotter maintenance and other equipment necessary to meet the present and future needs of Reclamation.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business.
