(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA. – Sweep and dust area outside front door including ADA ramp.– Clean front door and all door handles to the facility.– Dust and clean furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and counter tops.– Empty all wastebaskets, paper recycle bins, and garbage containers.– Sweep and dry mop floor and spot clean with wet mop as needed.– Wash front windows inside and out.– Water all indoor plants.– Clean counter tops, floors in employee break room.(2) The contract period will be for two years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
