Vendor needs to provide water meter data management system migration.             • Migration of all applicable meter data, customer records, historical readings, and associated information from the Town's existing system to the proposed Meter Data Management system.• Validation of migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.• Configuration of the Meter Data Management system to meet the Town's operational requirements.• Review of the existing AMI environment and implementation of any necessary firmware updates or system configuration changes required to ensure compatibility.• System testing and validation to confirm proper functionality prior to project acceptance.• Development and delivery of user documentation and administrative documentation.• Comprehensive training for Town personnel on system administration, daily operations, reporting, and troubleshooting.• Project management services, including implementation planning, status reporting, and coordination with Town staff.
