South Shore Country Club Function Hall Repair

The Town of Hingham (the Owner and Awarding Authority) seeks to solicit bids for all work for the function hall wall repair at the South Shore Country Club, 74 South St., Hingham, MA 02043. Bids for the Work are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 149. Regulations governing bidding procedure as set forth in above mentioned General Laws must be followed. In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the provisions of these Bidding Documents and of the cited statute, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of the said statute shall control.
