Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Provide professional consultant services in the recruitment and selection phases of the search for a new President.• Support and assist the Board of Trustees, Office of Human Resources, and the Search Committee throughout all phases of the search and selection process.• Assist in developing the selection process and calendar.• Support and assist in the development and advertisement of the position announcement, including the distribution of the position announcement/information to prospective candidates.• Conduct an aggressive national outreach and recruitment of interested individuals having superior qualifications and meeting all requirements as set forth in the position profile and description.
