The City of Surprise Arizona is accepting sealed bids/proposals for 321210PC , Sweetwater Avenue Improvements SR 303 to Sarival Avenue to be received no later than September 30, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. Local Time. The City is seeking a qualified General Contractor to lead the Construction of a new segment of Sweetwater Avenue from SR 303 to Sarival Avenue. This new section of Sweetwater Avenue will have two lanes in each direction with a two-way left turn lane down the middle. Sweetwater Avenue will provide an additional route for traffic into and out of the Prasada Entertainment district.
