Sweetwater Avenue Improvements (Sarival Ave. to SR303)

The City of Surprise is accepting sealed bids/proposals/SOQs for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . The project consists of design and construction phase services in support of construction for the Project. The responsibilities of the Professional are outlined in the attached Pro Forma Contract for Professional Services and Scope of Work. The estimated total program budget for the Project is $4,200,000.00, including internal and external costs. The City of Surprise (“City”) is seeking a qualified design team (“Consultant”) to lead the design of this new roadway. This new roadway will service the new surrounding commercial retail area, providing additional access to the location outside of Waddell Road. Additionally, the new roadway will provide continuity access to the area from Sarival Avenue. These newly formed access points will help to mitigate traffic congestion at the signal at Prasada Parkway on Waddell Road which has very close proximity to the SR303 Waddell Road exit.
