(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide surveying services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– Survey parties must be equipped with the latest technical equipment such as electronic total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors, hand–held computers, digital levels, hand–held two–way radios, electronic pipe and cable locators, in addition to the standard survey equipment and complete safety equipment.– Alternative surveying methods are acceptable such as Drone Lidar, Terrestrial Scanner Lidar, and Mobile Scanning lidar but must be tested to ensure accuracy.
