Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable) , supervision, services as necessary for proper completion of the Pressure Cleaning of Exterior at City Hall (100 Civic Ct, Homestead 33030) Scope of Work: The work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to the following: Pressure Cleaning of the exterior sidewalks and entire concrete plaza Pressure Cleaning of the edges and steps Pressure Cleaning of the garbage containers and benches in the plaza Clean, remove and dispose of all debris from site. Work to be performed during working business hours- M-F 8am-5pm
