LAKELAND CITY HALL WATERPROOFING PROJECT The site is a 3-story office building, reportedly constructed in the 1920s, with concrete beams, columns and slabs. The exterior finish of the building primarily consists of painted stucco with areas of uncoated aggregate panels and stone along the south, east, and west sides. A painted wood soffit exists at the top of the exterior walls. A decorative penthouse is present in the central portion of the building. Sheet metal, coping, and flashings are primarily copper. The building façade was recoated in 2015.
