(1) Vendor needs to provide transitional and permanent supportive housing program design–build services to the government authority located in Fayetteville, NC. – Provide integrated preconstruction, design, permitting, pricing, trade partner/subcontractor procurement and construction services for the agency.– Project initiation and management– Due diligence and existing conditions – Programming and concept/schematic design– Design development and coordination– Construction documents and permitting – Final commitment support– Trade partner/subcontractor procurement and open–book pricing– Construction execution and administration– Phasing and temporary operations– Closeout, warranty, and post–construction support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid walkthrough will be held on June 30, 2026.
