Cornell Rd Transitional Housing - Progressive Design-Build RFP

The Housing Authority of Washington County (“HAWC”), issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and invites the submittal of written proposals (Proposals) from qualified Design-Build Teams (“Design-Builder”) interested in providing services for the design, permitting, and renovation of a single structure, hotel conversion project, containing 78 residential units and community spaces. For this project, HAWC is utilizing a design-build contracting approach. It is our goal that the contractor and design team will work together from the beginning of the project, providing integrated services to the client as the Design-Builder.
