Description
The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide complete its 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act, as codified in § 10610 – 10657 and 10608 of the California Water Code and the Department of Water Resources’ 2020 Urban Water Management Plan Guidebook for Water Suppliers. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
