– Vendor needs to provide tenprint card conversion service.– Support the end‑to‑end conversion of the agency’s remaining inventory of approximately one million fingerprint–related tenprint cards.– Scan all fingerprint and palmprint cards at 500 PPI, 8 bit grayscale with certified WSQ 3.1 compression.– tenprint fingerprint, palmprint, and additional arrest cards must be scanned.– Data entry and file generation must maintain high accuracy and traceability.– Validate that all scanned images match inventory data.– ANSI and NIST electronic files containing all scanned images and validated data.– Image capture and data handling.– Data entry and file creation.
