Description
The Project will rehabilitate the Carter Road Lift Bridge. The City requires ODOT pre-qualified Consultants to provide professional services. This Consultant Services Contract will be advanced in three (3) Parts. In Part 1 the Consultant will prepare studies and estimates for the various components of the bridge requiring rehabilitation. These components will be packaged by the City into Phases. In Part 2 the Consultant will prepare final Construction Documents for each Phase of the Rehabilitation. In Part 3 the Consultant will provided as needed and as authorized professional services during construction.
