Vote by Mail Envelopes

The County of Sacramento, Registrar of Voters (ROV), requires printing of various styles of election ballot envelopes. Sacramento County currently has a registered voter population of approximately 900,000 with a total eligible voter population of approximately one million. The total quantity of envelopes required for each election(s) will vary depending on the type of election being conducted. Contractor may be asked by the ROV to print fewer than 5,000 or more than 900,000 of each type of envelope per election. Any contract resulting from this RFP shall be for a one-year period, with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year terms, commencing with execution of a contract by the Contract and Purchasing Services Division.
