(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call and as–needed multi–provider title and escrow services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Furnish preliminary title reports, litigation guarantees, policies of title insurance, and perform other title and escrow services– The services shall be performed for properties located in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.• Title and escrow services:– Preliminary title reports.– Title record search.– Statement of record ownership charge.– Updates (continuation guarantees) of preliminary title reports and litigation guarantees.– Copies of additional documents, including filed maps (subdivision maps, parcel maps, records ofsurvey, etc.) which are not referenced in the preliminary title report or litigation guarantee – Document signing fee.– Document preparation fee.– Electronic recording fee.– Disbursement service fee.– Electronic receipt and printing of loan documents and homeowner association documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
