The City purchases, sells and manages the real property asset. Groups A and B, as detailed in the Price Page, apply to the acquisitions and disposition. Typically, the escrow company will be provided a complete deed, easement and/or partial release form prepared for signature and the names of the contact people responsible for completing the transaction. Group B pricing may be utilized by Housing and Community Development or other City Departments or Divisions. These services shall contain all the elements required in various regulatory statutes to include, but not be limited to Federal, State and Municipal mandates.
